There's signs of life at the Satin Doll. The last time I was in (a while ago), the club the club was dead. I had given up on the Doll making a comeback. I visited last night and was pleasantly surprised to find things a hopping. A lot of dancers, mostly young and attractive. Stage dances are still bikini, with a few dancers "accidentally" having some wardrobe malfunctions. About 20-25 customers, which is about 10 times more than last time I was here. Music was loud but not too loud, a nice variety with a lot of classic rock. The DJ was annoying though. He must have shouted out "Fuck yeah!" 500 times. His next favorite line was "Eat that pussy!" during 2 girl stage sets.

I didn't partake in any lap dances, $25 in a regular booth, $50 in a curtain booth. I will on my next visit, Satin Doll girls always gave a good dance, although I won't pay the $50 curtain dance price. $50 a song (management takes $25 of that) is larceny. All in all a good vibe at the Doll. It's nice the place making a comeback.
