I was in the FAR east...

I was in the FAR east valley on a recent saturday night and decided to make a stop at the Desert Flame. I pulled in about 10pm, there was plenty of parking available, I paid the $7 cover and made my way into the club. Plenty of seating available too, there were maybe 10-15 customers there. A bottled beer ran $5. The waitstaff was surprising inefficient given the lack of customers (but at least they looked good). The interior of the club itself was ok, lots of seating that gave a good view of the stage, everything appeared to be in fairly good repair. Minor gripe, it was really dark in there, they may want to consider a few more lights around the stage as it was a bit of struggle to get a good view of the girls dancing on stage. Another minor gripe, although I liked the choice of music, it was much too loud though, I struggled to hear girls even when they were sitting in my lap. As for the girls, there were maybe 10-15 working, none really knocked my socks off, none looked out of place either though, on a 1-10 scale I'd rate most in about the 6-7 range. Most of the girls also took time to stop and talk before asking for dances (which I guess is not surprising considering the lack of customers, I'm guessing the "wanna dance" approach probably wouldn't work too well here). The dance costs were reasonable, $10 at your chair, $20 on the couches along one side of the club and there was apparently a VIP room somewhere that ran $150 for 30 minute (or so I was told). The dances that I had (all of which were of the $10 variety) were ok, nice grind, pretty much hands off though (although I really didn't push the issue). Overall, nice club if you're in the FAR east valley and don't want to make the drive into the Phoenix area but I'd certainly not recommend anybody make a special trip.
