Stopped by on a Sunday evening...
Stopped by on a Sunday evening in June 2004. They've opened a brand new building in the past year, and have a lot more space than they used to (they've also added a boutique). Main room is large and open, with the main stage opposite the bar, and a small side stage. A number of flat-screen TVs and other high-tech decorations are in the main room. VIP rooms are upstairs - I did not sample those.
It was a very quiet night, but again it was a Sunday, so that's not surprising. With only about 10 patrons, most of the stage dancers were clearly less than inspired. The patrons responded in kind - I tipped one girl at the rail, and do not believe I saw anyone else tip at the rail over the 40 minutes or so I was in the main room. The side stage was being used for practice (!), and had action at least as interesting as the main stage. Dancers were in the 5 to 8 range.
Lap dance area is a smallish room to the back left when facing from the bar to the stage. Dances are $20, with the club offering specials - 2 for 1 dances and what not - about once per hour. Sampled laps from a couple of dancers (do not remember names), and got a respectable amount of dancer-initiated contact and grinding - more so than I normally expect from a Michigan Vu. Both dancers limited patron-initiated contact to the legs - lower thigh and below.
