The low rating may in be in part due to the strict laws in CT, but they were several things I did not like about this club. The main thing is that it seems that they nickel and dime you to death. Upon arriving, you are immediately expected to tip the “girl” collecting the cover. I can’t stand paying a tip to someone when all they do is take your money for the cover charge (what am I tipping for). It would be easier to take if the girl taking your money was sexy and/or wearing very little, But this person was fat and ugly. They also had my other pet peeve on the tipping front – a bathroom attendant. This is probably the most useless tipping function around. No thanks, I can get my own soap and hand towel. I get a negative view of places that have these people. This person was also quite rude when I declined his services. Management at these places should get a clue and realize people don’t like this service and don’t want to be intimidated. The place charges a cover for the main (topless) part of the club, and it’s an extra $5 for the nude area of the club. The stage dancing was good in general. Not much mileage for the lap dances, and they were $30. Not too many girls approached about getting dances. Quality of the girls was pretty good, no real knockouts but no dogs either. Overall it’s decent for a CT club, but I would probably try another club next time I’m in the area.
