Visited around midnight on a Friday....

Visited around midnight on a Friday. This is a small little place, next to a boat shop, right near the river. The place seems to have once had a nautical theme-- as there are porthole windows painted on the outside of the building, and the bathrooms are tiny and narrow, like ship bathrooms.

Inside, the place was a decent sized neighborhood style bar with the usual drinks, video poker games, tables, chairs and so on. There is a single stage, right across from the bar. Decor was pretty straightforward, with lights, a disco ball, and area also photos of various topless dancers that appear to have been taken over the past three decades.

When I was there, there only appeared to be two dancers on shift. (That's right-- only two dancers for a Friday around midnight.) One was a tall, statuesque, enhanced brunette; the other tall, dirty blonde, with small but perky naturals. Both were in their mid-20s by my guess, and both were extremely lovely to look at, although their stage dances weren't bowling me over. There didn't appear to be a DJ-- the girls seemed to put in a tape or CD of their own music before going on stage do do their set.
