I was recommended to Shotgun Willies...

I was recommended to Shotgun Willies by many collegues as the best Strip bar in Denver. I visited the place on a wednesday, parking is easy and it is in a nice safe busy part of town. The Penthouse club is also a block away so you easily do a double header. It is loud and bright with a big party atmosphere. This is the place to go with a large group who want a fun night out of drinking, and watching and talking to the girls. The crowd was mainly male but their were a significant number of women clearly feeling part of the fun. There are lots of stages, perhaps 6 or 7 and they were all in use. The place is topless only so its not as intimate as the nude bars. The girls all semed quite young, they were very pretty but somehow seemed a little distant. I never tried the lap dances so I cannot comment. I have to say that the place didn't work for me. I prefer the quieter nude bars where the girls are friendly and chatty and their is not the constant batchelor party feel. But for a night out with the guys (and gals) this is probably the place to go. If you are looking for a good nude bar check out Centerfolds down near the Tech Center.
