Ok place in a strip club desert.
I attended grad school at Ball State back in the early 90's and we used to go to Jokers Wild in Muncie all the time. We would go over to Anderson for dinner at The Nile. But now Jokers has been closed (and torn down!) so the best reason to go to Anderson is the fact that they have two strip clubs while Muncie has none.
The Pony has a quaint, intimate vibe that sets it apart from larger venues, offering a cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxed night out. Despite its smaller scale, the club impresses with its surprisingly reasonable drink prices, making it a fantastic choice even if you’re just looking to enjoy a drink in a laid-back setting.
On a Friday night, the club wasn’t overly crowded, allowing for a more personal and engaging experience. The staff, including the dancers and patrons alike, were notably friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall enjoyable ambiance.
I was approached by 4-5 different dancers while I was there, as they finished their rotation on stage. They came around seeking a tip, to which I obliged, and inquiring about private dances. Lap dances are affordably priced at $25 per song, but I didn't end up getting any because I just wasn't feeling a vibe that the dances would be as down and dirty as I usually like (especially because of no real private VIP areas.).
Jodi stood out as a particularly engaging conversationalist, while Quinn turned heads as a strikingly attractive presence. Although individual experiences can vary—some dancers are more focused on socializing than others—the overall vibe is one of fun and friendliness. For a memorable and good-natured night out in Anderson, I’d definitely recommend giving The Pony a visit.
