Why do I keep coming back? This place is kinda like an old girlfriend. There are better ones out there, but you're comfortable staying right here. Nothing spectacular to make you empty your wallet on the spot, but you always know what to expect and are content getting just that. Met a couple new girls tonight. One was a die-hard Colts fan. Blonde, very down to earth and nice to chat with. Don't remember her stage name. Then there's Danielle, the wallflower regular who would be smokin' if she looked like she wanted to be there with you. Like the Shawn Mullins song says, "She'd be a whole lot prettier If she smiled once in a while." When the day is done we're creatures of habit. I guess I'll keep coming back here. My new friend is Brandywine, a lithe little brunette with a nasty streak. More fun to be had with her I'm sure. I can report that the Red Garter has added quasi-VIP seating in the joint. There's now a two tier stage along the long wall. It costs like $50/h (don't quote me) for a table. It's off limits to the dancers unless invited to the table. The girls aren't pushy here anyway, so I don't see what the value added is other than status. They were dancing on the first stage tonight too. Only time I've seen that since a post-Colts win.
