Went by the Blue Moon on...

Went by the Blue Moon on a Saturday afternoon recently. Since I live nearby, I have been there a zillion times over the years, but haven't been there in a few years.

They've changed things. The bar is in a totally different spot. The place is a lot cleaner and a bit modernized (on the inside; the outside is still the same). There is a new, separate, lap area on the left. So, here's what i found:

First, a surprise - the number of girls working. Not tons - but probably 8-10 of them dancing. I didn't expect this on a Saturday afternoon. There was an expected mix - from a lumpy 5 to a sexy, older 8. Some of the guys were taking the dancers to the lap room for what were typical Massachusetts laps - all air.
