Went to Skin on a Thursday...

Went to Skin on a Thursday night around 9PM. I had a VIP pass from their website, so I avoided the $20 cover. However, I had to pre-pay the two (non-alcoholic) drink minimum at the door. Good for them that they had me do that, because I definitely would have walked out early. It wasn't the dancers -- all four or five of them were really, really hot. It wasn't the atmosphere -- the place was clean, lighting was great, sound system, etc. Problem was, I was the only one in there, and that was just awkward.

This place has potential. They should advertise more or something. I know they had some trouble with the residents in the community when they first opened, and that got them bad press. But now that they're up and running, they need to get some customers in there. My two Cokes (at something like 7-8 bucks each) -- plus a tip to the bartender and about $2 in tips per dance -- may have been all they pulled in that night.

Let me stress again that the dancers were way hot and groomed appropriately for an all-nude club with decent lighting. If you're traveling in a group (bachelor party, etc.), I recommend you stop in here for a visit as you will have the full attention of the entire staff.
