Have yet to read what other TUSCL Members think of the NOVA PaperMoon outlet. But as a long-time TUSCL reader/contributor...I am not overly impressed and actually prefered the club when it was Dauphines. I visited recently, twice on a different Saturdays...once early and once late. There is a cover...and late on Sat it was $25. Too much. The club now seems very small. Yes, it has VA LDs now...and didnt before...but the way it is laid out is kinda cramped. The Girls I saw where 5-7+. Kinda like the low stages (very low)...but makes it hard to get a great view from your seat when crowded. Mix of races, mostly white. Paper Moon does offer VA LDs...which are top on and hands off. Unless you pay the private price (way too high)...and then YMMV with rules that say touch on top of clothes. For those stuck in VA...this is an improvement for Northern VA, where lap dances have been non existent. For LDs...I would rather drive to Players Club in Baltimore where your hands are full with wonderful exposed breasts. Overall, the Springfield Paper Moon gets a mixed review...crowded layout (even with few in bar) and occasionally pushy. I will say doorman etc. where very professional. Expensive cover late. Had better time at Paper Moon in Richmond.
