Baltimore has some very shady parts, but if you drive/taxi this seemed safer since off a main road/hwy. Must admit I visited on discount Weds where laps were $20 rather than $30. Only 2-3 good lookers, but very high value private dances @$20, don't think I could say the same if they were $30. Nude stage but not for laps.
