I visited Baby Dolls Dallas on...

I visited Baby Dolls Dallas on a Wednesday night. It makes quite an impression when you walk in -- the place is huge, and I found it packed with lots of dancers and customers, (arriving at 10:30).

There is a big main stage and six platforms, three on each side, running down the main room. Behind the stage is a set of big chairs for private dances. There are also some open booths along the walls, which did not seem to be in use. There's lots of seating in the main room, a buffer off on the side and a large bar in the middle. Then upstairs there is another bar and more big chairs for dances. (One problem with these chairs: they are on rollers, and can move more than you'd like if they aren't pushed up against a wall.)

The girls were mostly 7-9, with a few 6s, a large and impressive lineup. There was little pressure for dances, and "no thanks" or "maybe later" was never a problem. Most girls come up and get to business ("want a private dance?") either immediately, or with very little chatting beforehand, (fine with me).
