Arrived here around midnight on a...

Arrived here around midnight on a Monday night. The doorman did me a favor saying the cover was usually $10 but since I got there so late he would make it $5. Given the time of the evening there were about a half dozen dancers around plus one on stage. Most seemed to have settled with a patron and presumably would wind their night down in chit-chat. There were probably another 5 of us who were scattered around the club without company. About 5 minutes into my visit I was approached by an older dancer named Ashley. She explained to me that there were 2-for-1 dances, which meant 2 for $20. She also mentioned that she lived near Boston, but that MA clubs were lame with their policies and she came to RI to make some decent money. I think there was also an implication that she gave good dances relative to ones in MA. She offered me a dance, but understood that I wanted to look around a bit more. No other dancers approached me during the next 15 minutes and I decided to make my way to Cheaters to catch the last 30 minutes or so.

Lap dance areas on the side are small, but seem to offer a bit of privacy for the patron. (You could see portions of the dancer as she stood up, etc.) I thought I did a pretty good look around, but I never saw a stairway to the upstairs. Wish I had read the other reviews more closely and had had a chance to scope that out. Talent was in the 5-6 range. No standouts, but it was late Monday night. Might come back again a bit earlier and later in the week for comparison.
