I was at the garter recently...

I was at the garter recently and here are my thoughts. I was in town for a convention and decided to see what downtown had to offer. This was the only club I could find downtown so I checked it out. The cover was about $10, not bad. I think I must have been one of about 5-10 people in the joint, but even with that low amount of customers it was hard to get a girl's attention since there were only about 4 dancers, 1 of which was always on a stage show that I would rate as average. 2 dancers sat at the bar the whole time, they must not have wanted to work that hard. I had 1 lap dance from the best looking girl there, which as you know normally leads to very little mileage. The stereotype proved true. There was limited touching, and some heavy breathing on her part (which is always nice) but that was it. I left the club somewhat unsatisfied. I wouldn't say that the club itself is bad because its not. It was perfectly lit with dim red lights. The stage is in the center, with a lap area in the back left. You can go upstairs for more cash but I opted out. I did not see really any bouncers anywhere. If I was in downtown Indy I would try it out, but I wouldn't make a special trip for it.
