I visited Bonita Flats Saloon yesterday...

I visited Bonita Flats Saloon yesterday (Friday – July 9th) afternoon. Entered the club around 3:00PM and spent about three hours.

Layout: As we enter, the bar is right in front, and at the immediate right there are some tables and chairs. To the further down the right is the dance stage area. There are two small stages connected by the runway, and chairs along both the sides of the runway. There are bench seats along the walls on three sides. I didn’t see anyone sitting on the chairs along the runway, and seems like everyone prefers the bench seats, and also the chairs and bar-stools in the bar area. The bench seats are great for the personal dances!

There were about 8 to 9 dancers during my visit, and fairly a good crowd for a Friday afternoon. There were no DJ’s. The dancers were dancing to the juke box music. Each dancer was dancing for two song sets, and moving from one stage to the other along the runway. Most of the dancers were nice to very nice and friendlier. They responded fair to very well when tipped while they were dancing on the stage. The personal dances are $10/song, and I had five those dances from two dancers, and the mileage was very good.
