Place was just around the block...

Place was just around the block from my hotel, so decided to check it out shortly after checking in. Learned that the free afternoon entry ran through 8 pm. Since it was just 7:30, got in for free. Place looked as if it had just opened. Maybe 2 or 3 other customers, all sitting at bar (which had maybe 8 seats total). A dancer did get on stage shortly after I arrived, so I went to sit at the tip rail. The 10 or 12 chairs at the tip rail are virtually impossible to get to, because of the tightly packed small table and chair groupings in the area in front of the stage (maybe 80 chairs total). This, and the bar stools, are the only "public seating" available. There are upholstered bench compartments along the walls that have a view of stage, as well as a cordened off area in front of the bar, behind the "public seating" area. These compartments are all reserved, apparently for groups willing to spring for a bottle of champagne or liquor.

This explains the comments by earlier reviewers about the place being packed, with no place to sit.

After 2 or 3 dancers, the stage got completly deserted around 8 pm for at least 20 minutes. I was just about ready to pack it in, when an attractive dancer came by to chat. Agreed to a ld. Broke the cardinal rule by not asking about house rules. Learned my lesson (again), when I touched her buttocks, and she informed me that no "groping" was allowed. Protesting that I wasn't groping, just running my hands over her rear, she told me that that was groping. No touching (of any interesting area) was allowed. I said "enough" after the first song, and paid my $20 and no tip.

Later approached by Carly. Told her of my disappointment, and she assured me that she was much more liberal. Took her at her word, and was satisfied with the (still limited) contact. Regular lap dances are done on an upholstered bench running along the wall in back of the bar, so no privacy. While enjoying Carly, also noticed an older gentleman having a good time with an over the hill, colored dancer, who still has a striking body, next to us. Enjoyed an equally good time with her later, found out that she has been dancing here for years, and is in her 40's. Unfortunatly don't recall her name.

Carly had told me that the same management also owned Sheri's Cabaret, an all nude club, and that they provide free limo shuttle service between the two. Took them up on it, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Sheri's waived the $30 (?) entry fee since I arrived from their other club.
