Chills & Thrills is the only option in Ottumwa, so despite the overall mediocre scores, I would still return.

Arrived at just about midnight and the club had four girls working - a fifth was walking out as I entered. Crowd was fairly average - almost no one at the railing, all sitting back and avoiding tipping. A $3 cover charge got me in, which is typical any night they have that many girls on.

The bartender/owner is a great nice guy - even if drinks are priced high ($3 for a soda, though typical for a club in Iowa).. Very friendly and talkative.
