Once upon a time Cheaters was a good place for a kind of down and dirty strip club experience -- some nasty girls, some new young ones, and a lot of good old-fashioned nasty strip club atmosphere. now -- it seems just dirty, smelly and the girls seem to be way below the level found at my favorite club in providence, Centerfolds. On this afternoon there were maybe 5 - 7 girls working, none over a 5 or 6 in looks, and they all seemed either bored or really pushy. The attitudes that I like in a good strip club experience -- friendly, but also seductive to get some fantasy going, just were not present here. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, and the lighting is still so dark it's difficult to get around when you firsr wal in from the outside. Sometimes this is cool in a club, but not when it appears to just be hiding how bad the place and the girls look. I don't think there's much value here anymore, which is a bit of a loss to the providence scene.
