Recently visited the Torch after being at the SR down the street earlier in the night. The difference in he quality of the dancers and patrons was obvious. As far as the dancers go, most were in the 5 and lower range (5-7's at the SR). One of the girls had some serious bush poking out of her bikini (major turnoff for me). While I didn't feel unsafe here, my brother and I were probably the only guys in the joint with button up shirts on, so we both felt a little out of place in this blue collar club. If you are more a white collar guy, I'd recommend sticking to the SR down the street. While I didn't get any dances, my brother did and he reported minimal contact, so don't expect any serious millage here (not that one would expect anything different in Boise anyway).
