I was in Emperor's last on July 15, 2008. That is when I was notified about the 1-drink minimum from a manager. I asked if I missed the sign. He pointed to the wall at the rear of the bar, where it is very difficult for the patrons to see the sign. If the sign were placed at the front entrance, then it would be easier to "enforce" their policy. They do, however, have a sign that says you will again pay the cover charge if you leave the club (after 7 PM).

Of the day ladies I would avoid Jazzmine, as she is not all there (the elevator does not go to the top floor...). I would definitely check out Lola. She gives a great lap dance in the semi-private room (especially if you & she go in the back).
