I've been a long time fan of OG. My most recent visit after a year hiatus found OG's cover charge increased to $30, but dances still at $20. After about 30 minutes of looking around I settled for a 3-for-$100 in the private dance area with a dancer who referred to herself as "Geisha." I would describe her as an older asian dancer, obviously augmented, but in nice physical shape. Unfortunately after getting me into the private dance area the hustle increased significantly. First, there was the $40 tip for the monitor she suggested. Then there was the $20 tip that she suggested for the waitress for the two drink minimum (I gave $10 for the two drinks at once). Then there was the extra $60 dollars she wanted to extend our time and ensure I reached a happy outcome. (First time in my experience to not come out satisfied with a 3-for-$100 here.) I offered her an extra $40. Ultimately, I found my happy ending at which point she wanted an additional tip. (Which I at first politely and then sternly declined, which resulted in her storming off mumbling about me being a cheapskate.)

I still rate the club highly as women are pretty friendly and hustle is not too bad. Based solely on my experience with this dancer I'd rate it a '5' but I've been here many times and this was a new experience for me. Hence the higher rating. Definitely your YMMV here. Previously I would have received a helping hand with my 3-for-$100. I've found the best mileage here with the older, more seasoned dancers. In most cases they know how to deliver a satisfying dance. I'd also add that the range here is typically very good. Not really any 10's but very few 5's or below either.
