Went to the Paper Moon this past Tuesday night around 9pm. Parking is not a problem, Cover was $12. Domestic beer was $7 a bottle. They do have liquor but I didnâ€™t get any. Thereâ€™s a free buffet. Rice, veggies, ravioli...
