Following up on my review in...

Following up on my review in May, I combined both Tuesday afternoon and evening visits around a business meal and a Trenton Thunder ball game (15 minutes away). When the real thunder arrived and rained-shortened the game I tried to interest my host in the evening half of the Playhouse doubleheader but he wimped out.

Afternoon is always good with a consistent selection of LD worthy talent. The crowd seemed to thin out around 5 p.m. which should have left me with a great selection but I had to leave to make my dinner appointment. Damn.

The night shift was understandably thin and so was the crowd, thanks to the storm moving through the area. Just when I was writing the evening off, I reconnected with Stephanie, a Brazilian who knows how to get the job done. While we were in the back there was a clap of thunder that shook the building, so I guess now I've felt the earth move.
