Hadn't been to Houston in a...

Hadn't been to Houston in a while but I had a layover so I figured I should check out a club. I didn't want to get too far from the airport so I went to Rick's instead of driving to Treasures. Big mistake. It was a Tuesday but I still expected better. Very few dancers and, as a result I'm sure, very few patrons. I got a couple dances from the only girl there that was remotely attractive. She was very cute and gave a decent dance but there weren't any private areas and the bouncers were acting as if they had just got raided.

The club was clean and the few customers that were there weren't bums or thugs. They had big screen televisions but they were old and no employee seemed to care what was on. There was an NBA playoff game on when I got there but it ended shortly after and they just left TNT on the rest of the night. Seems like if your going to leave a bad movie on with no audio you should just turn it off. I asked the bartender ot switch it to ESPN News and he said he'd tell someone but nobody ever did.

I would not go here again. I'll definitely take the extra 20 minute drive and head down to Treasures or just hit a good sports bar.
