Hadn't been to Flasher's in well over a year. The club was getting pretty seedy in the past and I heard that they had made an effort to clean up the club. I'm not sure how well the 'change' worked. The club did look better with new paint/murals and it was decidedly less 'rowdy'. However, it was almost too subdued. The place almost seemed sterile - as hard as that is to believe. A number of the dances said that business at the club isn't good, and I think this is being reflected in the quality of dancers. There were 4-5 very good looking girls, 4-5 average girls and probably 10+ pretty rough ladies. It was a real hodgepodge. The quality of the dances is also hit or miss. Also, the waitresses are wearing awful toga outfits and many of them were very large girls. Anyway, the place is much more subdued than before and I think this is both good and bad. The old Flashers was predictable, but everything here from the quality of the girls to the quality of the dances is no longer predictable. A real hit or miss proposition.
