My girlfriend and I and another buddy of mine went to Cheetahs on a Saturday night. The girls are generally in the 6-7 range, with one 9+ present. The club itself is typical SD strip club fare - medium priced dances with little or no extra mileage. I've heard this place used to be great, but now it's so-so but for SD not bad. Compared to the average LA club it's mediocre. One huge upside here is the bar called bullpen right next door. It's nice to be able to run right outside get a quick drink and come back to Cheetahs. Better dancers and better dances and this club would go way up.
