Decided to check this place out based on recent reviews. As a side note: my Magellan GPS did not recognize that street number in COI. I had to put in La Puente, even though I then passed a "welcome to COI" sign just before I got there.

After reading about the many 3 for $40 "specials", I was disappointed to find that the songs are shortened even more during these "special". I timed a series of 3 songs at exactly 4 minutes. I think the "standard" songs are close to 2 minutes; so the specials are no bargain at all.

I did do "specials" with three dancers, a couple of which I extended to another 3, so the dances themselves were pretty liberal, and no evidence of a bouncer snooping, although the dancers did frequently take a look down the row of cubicles to check. I was told that they have a more private VIP area, where the dancers can be more liberal. I think I was told $60 for 3 songs. This reportedly is still an area that has a number of cubicles, so not totally private. The ultimate is a private room, for which they get $250 for 20 minutes. That's $12.50 per minute, compared to $10.00 per minute for the normal "special", or $15 (if my numbers are correct) for the private VIP area, or whatever they call it.

Since I'm familiar with an equal quality club in COI where you can get a 30 minute private, totally nude dance (on Thursdays), for $100. (thats $3.33 per minute! The same club also has 3 for $20 (topless) specials), I doubt that I'll visit Synns again anytime soon
