I was at Players in the second week of May on a recent trip to Detroit. I went on a weekday afternoon. And just to be sure, I went on an evening. Both times it was very diasappointing. Too bad, because I have good memories of Players. I have to confirm what the previous posters have said. There were few girls in the club. Not many would give any guy at the bar the time of day. Regular customers got all the attention. Tipping a girl on the stage might or might not get her to come over. I got a couple of dances but they were pretty lame. Maybe it's too much competition from Coliseum down the street or maybe it's management or maybe it's the caliber of the girls working here now, but this club is slowly becoming one of my least favorite in the Detroit area. I might not even bother checking in next time.
