Visited the Spearmint Rhino in the City of Industry one evening after a business trip. Had heard about the raid at Hawaii Theater so decided that this would be safer. My first time to visit this place and was impressed with how the interior looked. This place looked really classy. There's a hefty $20 cover charge, but there is no drink minimum so I guess it's on par with other clubs that require you to purchase 1 or 2 drink minimums. As soon as a dancer sits down with you, there is hustle from the waitress to buy the girl a drink, but a polite 'no' usually keeps them at bay. Dances are $20 for topless, $40 for nude. There's also a VIP room for $160 for 4 songs, but you must buy in 4 song increments. You can't do 5 or 6 songs. There's also $500 for 30 minutes which I think is a huge ripoff considering there's a Deja Vu just down the street which gives you 30 minutes VIP for only $150. The quality of the girls at this place was pretty high however. A lot of girls in the 8-10 range. I got a few topless dances from several different dances. Didn't try the nude or VIP room. I might venture ou there again in the future.
