Maybe the quality has shifted just a bit south. But it is still better than most clubs. In fact, when you read reviews in other cities, Mons is what they mean when they say "Tampa Clubs". $20 seems to be the consistant going rate for dances. And that is money well spent. Cover is still 20, and NO Smoking. Also remember that there is no alchohol. Which doesn't bother me. I like to have my senses at 100% when a beautiful lady is catering to my senses.
