Haven't been to Elans for way...

Haven't been to Elans for way over a year so was interested to see what changes have been made and what it's like now. Elan's is the granddaddy of clubs around Connecticut; it's got to open for nearly 20 years.

The inside has been freshened up a good deal and is in way above average condition for a club. The men's room, bar and dance area was very clean and all in good repair. The crowds are less than years ago but it still was well populated on a Saturday night.

There were maybe 6 or seven dancers on..not sure of the exact number. Enough though. They were of mixed nationalities, some Hispanic, some Russian, some American, but they were all at least OK looking and some really OK. A couple were really fun to talk to and not into the typical stripper conversation.
