Business travel took me back to Tampa for a couple of days. With a free morning I decided to try Scarletts at night and see how it compared to my visit last month during the day. I showed up around 9:30 pm The $5 off admission coupon still worked. When I arrived there were 10-13 customers with 10-15 dancers. Still not much action around the tip rail. The hustle factor was much higher than during the day. I rarely sat for a more than 5 minutes without being asked for a dance.
