Went to Heartbeat a couple of weeks ago. It's in the basement of a lingerie store; you buy a ticket at the till, and the girl unlocks the door of the strip club for you to go down. Just entry is 200SEK, entry and private dance is 500SEK--worth it, because the dances cost 500SEK anyway.

In the basement there is a lounge with a dozen or so chairs, a stage, and a bar. There's only weak beer (3.5%), so have a few drinks before you go. There were two girls behind the bar, one a little old for my taste, but with a nice body, and the other with a great pair of tits--say a 7 overall. There's a striptease every half hour; in between two flat TV screens show porn films to give you something to watch.

There was one other customer there when I arrived. After a few minutes the older girl stripped (down to bikini bottoms), then the younger one took the customer away for his dance.
