This club looks expensive and provides a great atmosphere. The cover cost is $10. Private dances are $40, but you also have to pay $5 for a wristband so it's really $45. Alcoholic drinks are about $6.50. The club is very clean, but there are some drink stains on some of the comfortable chairs around the stages. The customers were mostly Caucasian. Bartenders and waitresses were professional and they seemed like they enjoy their job. There are three stages and each stage has a pole. The main stage is in the center of the club and is the largest. There are usually two or three dancers at the main stage and one dancer on the other two stages which are on the sides of the main stage. There is a VIP area at the back of the club. The music was loud, but no so loud that you couldn't talk to the dancers or your friends. The type of music depends on the DJ. On Fridays, the music is usually rap/hip-hop. When I went on a Saturday, there was usually rock music. The DJ's are not annoying at all, and they sometimes provide some funny one-liners between dances. When I go on Fridays, the vibe in the club is usually a party atmosphere with many people. Saturdays are a little less wild, but still very fun. The private dance area is comfortable and it feels like an intimate area, but it is a little too dark for my taste. I would've liked to see the girls' bodies more clearly.

When it comes to the dancers, the Penthouse Club seems to be quite picky because all except for a few have great bodies and faces. There are a few dancers who definitely could pose for Penthouse magazine. All of the dancers dance as if they like their job and they smile quite often. There are a variety of dancers when it comes to ethnicity. There are Caucasian dancers, Asian dancers, African-American dancers, and sometimes a couple of Latino dancers. Most of the dancers did not hustle me for a private dance when I was sitting at one of the stages or away from the stages. It did not feel like a place of business, but rather a place to have fun. The quality of the private dances depends on the dancer. I have had two private dances from two different dancers, and I do not think it was worth the $45 to be honest. It is a little too steep of a price. Overall, this is the best club I've been to on the east side of St. Louis and I will definitely come back many times.
