OK...have to say, this was my best club experience EVER. And I've had a few. It was just what the doctor ordered for me (in fact, should bill my insurance for the visit and drop my therapist...). May not be to everyone's taste, but so it goes.

The basics--arrived after 5pm, had a flight leaving at 7:30. So, not a lot of time. The place really does have a "neighborhood bar" feel, even with the pretension of mandatory valet parking. No cover charge in the afternoon.

Went in...about a half-dozen regulars joking around with the bartender. Not too many dancers in sight, maybe 3. Figure it was a shift change, as more started trickling in after 5:30. Stage dances were not really anything--no crowd to play to. Dancers would basically strut around the stage for a few minutes, accept tips in their garters and go back to drinking with the regs. I'd say they were ALL in the 7 to 9 range. After 10 minutes with no real attention, I was wondering when I should cut my losses, until...
