The Acrop is a local legend thanks to the fact that you can eat a tasty, cheap steak and whatever you've taken from the salad bar mere inches from bare bottoms. Like a Sizzler, but with naked ladies and better food.

The barnlike atmosphere contributes little; it's very no-frills and rather large for Portland, with three big stages (two with poles, one without) that seat 20+ patrons at the rack. There's additional seating away from the stages, if, like me, you don't like to drip the grease from the giant burger on the stage. When I visited, all of the dancers were pretty damn hot, skewed noticeably towards those of the enhanced busty variety. Only one dancer had less than a C-cup; great for boob lovers, not so much for those who like more variety, like myself. But hey, hot is hot. The dancers kept making their rounds around the rack, doing a standard jiggle and spread for each customer, knocking dollars off the rack, repeat. My favorite moment was when the dancer in front of me knocked over a saltshaker with her posterior.

The Acrop wouldn't be my first recommendation for lone patrons looking to keep company with dancers and get private dances all night -- it's geared much more towards groups and stage tipping than one-on-one conversation and table dances. There's 6-8 dancers at night, so with three stages going constantly they don't have a ton of time to hang out on the floor and socialize anyway.
