My 3rd visit to Cheetahs, but...

My 3rd visit to Cheetahs, but the first in about 2 years. The layout hasn't changed a lot, except there are no more laps in booths along the wall -- everything seems to take place in back. Still lots of good-looking females to choose from here. After one boring basic lap, I sprung for the "VIP" lap, about $100 for 3 songs, expecting some upgrade in mileage, but either I picked the wrong partner, or the rules just suck, because there's almost no difference between the VIP dance and the regular. It's still all clothed and hands-off. Wow. San Diego is a strip club ghetto. Avoid this town.
