Ok, seems BSC has turned a corner. They got rid of some of the more inner-city types and have some hot and playful girls there now. Many seem to be 18-21 and in the 8-9 range. The 10's work at night, usually Thurs-Sat. I stopped in last week and had a few good dances, and even went to VIP. Seems girls don't really negotiate much in VIP - its $20/dance, but no cover. I asked for 1/2 rate, and she said she didn't have one and didn't know anyone that did. Overall, a good time but since the phx vice crack down last year, seems the mileage has gone down.
