Went on a Saturday night in early April. The place is hard to find - turn off of Richmond Rd between a McDonalds and Chase bank in front of a shopping center, follow that road/driveway until it dead-ends, then turn left. Camelot East is in sight on your left.

Cops were in the parking lot the night I was there, which may have affected my experience. I found it as described here and similar to other Lexington clubs - good one-way contact, no privacy; one of the dancers I got a private from encouraged two-way, but we were spotted and both reprimanded. This is a bit of a buzzkill.

Again like I think of most of the Lexington clubs, I'd rate dancer appearance 5-7, with one exception I must note - Sway was a perfect 10 on my personal scale, and friendly and playful and a good conversationalist to boot. If she'd been allowed to give the dance I think she wanted to give, this club would have risen to an 8. Do not miss her if you should go to the club!
