This club has absolutely the best mileage for the price of all the clubs I've visited. I usually make a stop at Seven Seas whenever I'm in Tampa. On this trip I decided to try one of the more famous clubs 1st and was disappointed so I headed to Seven Seas on a Wednesday night around 10pm. No cover charge and no alcohol served. The girls can range from 4's to 7's in looks but their actions are all 10's. They try to push the VIP room for privacy however there's plenty of mileage in the regular private dance area. $10 to the house gets you in for a private dance and typically the dances are $25 per song but that is VERY negotiable depending on the night the girls are having. I had 3 dances for a total of $45. The private dance area is behind a closed door with multiple couches and fairly well lit. Dances are full nude and full 2 way contact. There may be other patrons in the room with you but you don't really care. This club is in a safe area (I've been going for years) and although it might have the appearance and feel of the seedier side, I highly recommend it.
