Visited Lollipops last December and really enjoyed it, the girls were very hot and lots of fun. Didn't even have to go to the VIP area for a lap dance to really experience it. Just visited again in March and it definitely went down hill. The new rules have forced the girls to wear tops on stage and this has changed the aura of the place. The girls also seemed to have lowered in quality. Sat there and watched the girls dance and got kind of bored and had to get a bunch of lap dances in the VIP to make the night a lot better. Watch out for the girls adding on that $20 for every song you get, they can keep you in there forever and they will try to.
