I had not been here since...

I had not been here since the last of the remodeling was completed. So decided to stop in for a few. First let me say that the stage is a lot better for both the girls(more room) and the guys (not crowded in the center section anymore), but the price is less seats at the stage. The bar area is a lot better and actually has a place to sit or stand. Overall the place looks really nice.

Now for the not so nice. The JD still plays mostly off the wall stuff that appeal to either the college crowed or that is what most of the ladies want to dance to, just not my preference. The beers are not bad at $3.75 for domestic and drinks are a little high at $6.25 for some decent stuff. One thing that is not changed is that the drinks for the ladies cost $12 - 16 each. I was sitting next to a couple of guys and they ordered a round and it cost $41.50. Ladies up to 11:00PM average about a 7, with not that better pickin's I decided to move on down the road.

Overall it is now a decent place to visit but with the higher prices (meant for the trucker crowed) It is not one of the place I would frequent more often, but stop in once and a while.
