I've been going to Vic's for a number of years now. Because it's a club that's open during the day, I would say that the area is safe enough to walk, unless you are the sort of person who draws attention to themselves. I recommend taking the bus to Irvington, or drive a shitty car if you intend to park in the hood. The club itself contains a rectangular bar, with a corridor around it, and pool table to the side. Basically, not much room to maneuver.

The dancers are pretty much all WOC, occasionally a hispanic chic. There is an old brazilian lady too, and if you close your eyes and pretend its someone hotter, she'll give you a discreet HJ under the table for 10 bucks. Going price for same among the other ladies is 15 - 20. Mind you, its all in public. Some insist on using lube, so if discretion is a must, WARN THEM NOT TO, or risk having to wash yourself before coming home. No other VIP is available, and I haven't seen any action in the bathroom. However, take out is always negotiable - something I've never done myself.
