Back up again, in my estimation. I drop by every now and again -- was insulted by the house mom who called me a 'regular' so I guess I'm there often enough to get noticed. The women are consistently very attractive and (for dancers) very intelligent and articulate. They know how to get you to feel like you're interesting to them, and they don't make you feel TOTALLY like all you're doing is paying them for their time and interest. Of course, you ARE, but that's a different issue. :) Sometimes the line-up is a bit small -- maybe five or seven girls working on a weeknight, for instance -- and they open rather later than most Bourbon Street clubs. There are hints that some shenanigans may be going on in the back rooms, which are indeed very private, but you'd have to find the odd girl out of a hundred who does that and this isn't really "supposed to be that kind of club" if you go by what they're marketing themselves as. Expensive drinks -- a high-ball runs around $10, and a beer $8-ish -- but very nice chairs, music, girls. Worth the money if you are willing to spend the money.
