It is my first time in Tampa, and I decided to visit the two top clubs, Scarletts and Mons. What a contrast. Mons Venus does not have a very next club set up, very few tables, and no private booths or rooms for dances, just two benches on the side, wide open to the whole club. But the contact was very good and he dancers are 7-10. The quality is as good as the best clubs in Vegas and New York City. But because of the set up, the dances tend to be not very intimate and can get routine quickly, there is really no room to enjoy some social time together, and then, there is no alcohol or food. So I give it a 5 for the club facilities, and 9 for the talent. I think if Mons upgraded its club with a bigger space, some private booths, and VIP dance area, it would make a lot more money, and the girls would do better also. Because of the "assembly line" set up, the girls only make a few hundred a night. The same talent in Vegas would make thousands, and they don't even have to take their bottom off there!!
