First time visit to Tampa, and after reading about Tampa being a top city for strip clubs, I visited Scarletts and Mons Venus on Sunday. Scarletts has a better set up than Mons, it has private rooms in the back and more tables and very comfortable booths on the side; but the girls on this night, about 10 of them, were between 5 and 6. I give it an 8 for location and cost, and a 4 for quality of the talent, average 6.
