The Yellow Rose is still the best, but two things went wrong on Saturday. Maybe I got there too early; there was a shortage of great-looking girls at first. Another problem: For the first time ever at the YR, I had a bad experience with a girl. China came up to me during a song; she was good looking enough but had artificial boobs. I figured a pity dance and good-bye. She insisted on starting immediately and danced straight through the next dance. I couldn't stop her, but I figured the partial song was free. That wasn't the way she saw it; we compromised on $30. She did nothing for me. Later, I had a girl who was pretty drunk, with all the good and bad you get from that--bad dancing but good intimacy. I thought SHE was drunk, but at one point she got extremely appreciative and gave me an extra free dance. Too late I figured out that I had mistakenly given her a $100 bill instead of $20 for a dance. It was dark in there. Finally I had a wonderful Kristen Davis (Sex and the City) lookalike, who was very intelligent and had the perfect body for me. Her breasts were average in size but full, perfectly shaped, and, as she said, "I grew them myself." I wished that I still had the $100 I had thrown away, but at least she earned the rest of my twenties.
