Against my better judgement, I stopped...

Against my better judgement, I stopped in to Foxys to see if things had changed. I was pleasantly surprised. I was there last night around 10 PM and the talent level has definitely taken an upward swing. There were not that many girls (7-8), but over half of them were in the 7-8 range. Drinks are low priced and the wait staff is very nice. The low rating is because the girls do not circulate--at all. I was there for over an hour and tipped every girl on stage--but not one girl approached me or any of the three tables immediately around me. The girls either walked around with no purpose or stayed with the same few guys. I would have taken a VIP from 4 or 5 of the girls--but I don't like having to chase them down. So, although the scenery has improved, before I start going back on a regular basis--the girls will need to change how they do things. By the way, the customers that were getting the attention did not tip the girls on stage or get VIPs. My assumption is that they were friends or boyfriends of the girls.
