Stopped in on Sunday night around...

Stopped in on Sunday night around 9:30. First visit here in a few years, and I had a pretty good time. $10 to get in the door, including yearly membership...future visits are free before 6pm, and $6 after 6pm. All domestic beers were $2.00, and considering how much most other Charlotte area bars charge for brews, that was a nice change. This is a very large club that's split into "two halves of unequal portion", and on this night, the smaller of the two lounges was where the action took place. On Saturday nights this place really was THE SPOT in Charlotte many years ago, but I have no idea how things are now. There were seven girls rotating on stage and a couple of others who didn't stage dance while I was there. One dancer named Julia had a striking facial resemblance to Julia Roberts, but she was far too skinny for my tastes. Had a few dances with Courtney, and was hoping to check out Chase, but she was kept busy by someone with more money than me. What's funny to me is that I distinctly remember the last time I was here, years ago, I also had dances with a girl named Courtney. In the neon lit, smoke filled haze that is the world of topless bars, The Faces Change, The Names Stay The Same.
